Follow the courier's live location on the map from collection to drop-off. Both sender and recipient can track.

Delivery confirmed
You receive a confirmation when your parcel has been delivered. Pay via EcoCash or cash.

What size and weight of parcels can dot. deliver?
dot. couriers handle small to medium-sized parcels that can be carried by a courier on a motorbike or bicycle. Very large or heavy freight is not currently supported. Contact us at

How much does parcel delivery cost in Zimbabwe?
Delivery fees are calculated in the app based on distance between the pick-up and drop-off locations. You'll see the full cost before confirming your order.
Can I send a parcel between Harare and Bulawayo?
dot. currently handles deliveries within a single city. Inter-city delivery between Harare and Bulawayo is not yet available but is planned. Contact us to be notified when this launches.
Is parcel delivery safe with dot.?
All dot. couriers are verified and have completed our onboarding process. Deliveries are tracked live from collection to drop-off, giving both sender and recipient full visibility throughout.
